All content you publish must comply with relevant laws and regulations and come from legitimate sources. You agree to grant the platform the right to use your content, including for features such as "Episode Reviews." If the platform receives a notice from a rights holder claiming that your content infringes their rights, the platform has the right to independently decide on appropriate actions such as deletion, blocking, or removal of links.
By uploading content to the App, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload the content, and that the uploaded content does not infringe on the rights of others. You grant the App a worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute your uploaded content.
The App has the right (but not the obligation) to review, delete, or modify any user-uploaded content to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and platform policies. The platform may delete or modify content that does not meet these standards without notifying the user.
If you violate any terms of this agreement, the App reserves the right to terminate your usage license, close your account, and take appropriate legal action. Upon termination, you will no longer have access to part or all of the services. The platform will determine whether any unused service fees will be refunded, but in general, paid fees will not be refunded.
The App is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from user behavior or user-uploaded content. You bear all risks associated with using the App. The platform is also not responsible for any loss caused by third-party use or distribution of user content.
You agree to abide by the App's Privacy Policy, understanding how we collect, use, store, protect, and share your personal information. The platform is committed to protecting your privacy and has implemented necessary technical and management measures to prevent data leakage, abuse, or unauthorized access.
